By submitting a design or artwork to Rocket Bags, you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright, to each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property included in such design.

Further you warrant and represent that no part of the design: (1) violates or infringes upon any common law or statutory right of any person or entity, including, but not limited to, rights relating to copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, moral rights or rights of public performance; (2) is the subject of any notice of such infringement you have received; or (3) is subject to any restriction or right of any kind or nature whatsoever which would prevent Rocket Bags from legally reproducing the images, graphics or text supplied.

You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against Rocket Bags which relates to, or is based upon, a claim that any portion of the design infringes or constitutes wrongful use of any copyright, trademark, or other right of any third party, provided that Rocket Bags gives you written notice of any such claim and provides you such reasonable cooperation and assistance as you may require in the defence thereof. You shall pay any damages and costs assessed against Rocket Bags pursuant to such a suit or proceeding. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold Rocket Bags harmless from and with respect to any such loss or damage (including, but not limited to, reasonable legal fees and costs) associated with any such claim, suit or proceeding.

All items shown on this website containing corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown only to illustrate Rocket Bags’ logo and print reproduction capabilities. Purchase of merchandise from Rocket Bags in no way, shape or form grants you permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to you or any third party.

Minimum Orders

Our minimum order value for promotional bags is £350. Minimum order quantities are different from bag to bag and from manufacturer to manufacturer, but are shown within our pricing guide on the product pages where applicable. If you want fewer bags than the minimum order quantity shown, please discuss your requirements with one of our account managers. They may be able to arrange a shorter production run, although the unit cost will inevitably be higher, or recommend alternative bag

Payment Details

Please read the following to see which payment terms apply to you:

Approved Accounts

Full payment is due within 30 days of our invoice date, unless you have agreed alternative payment terms with us in writing.

New Accounts

Our standard policy for new accounts is 100% payment by proforma. Only directors of Rocket Bags can approve any form of credit terms. If you have any questions or concerns about payment, please contact one of our account managers by clicking here.

Pre-Production Samples

You are able to ask for a pre-production sample when you place your order. This will be an actual sample of the promotional bag and, if requested, the sample can show an imprint of your logo or brand message as it will appear on the finished bag. A charge may be applicable, depending upon the bag, which we will tell you about in writing.

Following your approval of the pre-production sample, your order will go into full production in accordance with our standard delivery times unless different terms have been agreed by us in writing.

Any request for a delay or amendments to your order after a pre-production sample has been manufactured may result in additional charges or an extension of the lead time.

Shipping Information

We will endeavour to make sure that your promotional bags are delivered on time, but wish to remind you that all lead times or delivery dates are our best estimate only.

Leadtimes

Lead times commence from the moment we receive your written signoff of our final artwork, not from the date of the order.

Multiple deliveries

Rocket Bags ship from multiple factories throughout the UK, Europe and the Far East. If you have ordered a range of promotional bags your order may therefore be despatched from more than one location, meaning it will arrive in separate deliveries on different dates.

The UK’s Lowest Price

We’ll refund you twice the difference in price if within 30 days of your order:

You find a like for like product advertised in the UK and
the supplier is currently ISO9001 (quality) certified and
the product is immediately available for supply/in stock

Guaranteed Quality

We’ll remake your bags or credit you with the full price if within 7 days of your receiving your order you:

return all of the bags delivered to you and
they don’t comply with the sample you approved

Always On Time

We’ll refund the price you’ve paid if the bags don’t arrive with you for any reason before the event you want them for as long as:
we’ve agreed that date with you by email before you make your order
you have correctly signed and dated all delivery notes for the bags

EXCLUSIONS

The Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to products which are “like for like”. This means that the bag shape, colour, material, imprint and quantity ordered are the same.

The Full Service Guarantee applies only to orders with a maximum value of £7,500 (exc VAT). If the order exceeds that sum then the Guarantee is limited in value to £7,500.

A sample must have been supplied by us and approved by you no more than 45 days before the order.
The Guarantee applies only if you return all the bags we supplied, unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of
delivery –if part deliveries then within 7 days of that part being delivered.
